Physical therapy is a branch of health care aimed at the preservation, enhancement, or restoration of movement and physical function. It helps restore function and improve quality of life following disability, injury, or disease through evidence-based treatment approaches.

Please bring your prescription, insurance card, and photo ID. Paperwork takes about 5-10 minutes. Wear comfortable, gym-style clothing. Initial evaluations last approximately 1 hour and include a thorough assessment and development of your personalized treatment plan. You'll receive educational handouts with a home exercise program.

Treatment typically includes manual therapy, soft tissue and joint mobilization, stretching, therapeutic exercises, occasional modalities for symptom management, and patient education about injury mechanisms and prevention strategies.

Typical visits last approximately 45 minutes, though duration depends on your individual injury and progress. Initial evaluations are longer - approximately 1 hour - to ensure a thorough assessment.

Free parking is available in our extensive outdoor lot right off El Paseo. The facility is fully handicap accessible.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting athletic or gym-style clothing that allows for easy movement. This helps us properly assess and treat your condition.
